Primary Purpose of the Job: Responsible for activities in the customer service, work order intake, accounts payable, and accounts receivable areas as well as providing support activities to the Controller. Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Provides secretarial and administrative support to the company, specifically the HVAC and plumbing service sectors.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-The individual should be professional, intelligent, analytical, detail oriented, dependable and highly motivated.
-The individual should be organized, set priorities, meet deadlines and be able to multi-task.
-The individual should have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management,
customers and vendors.
-Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office software.
-Strong accounting and customer service background is required.
