A great local Geneva company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full time (40 hours/week) 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday shift that can turn permanent for the right candidate. The pay rate is $13.00 an hour based on experience.
This individual will be responsible for general of office duties as well as some electronic document filing and other administrative tasks. Work hours would be 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
1. Professional appearance and etiquette (greeting and corresponding with customers and suppliers).
2. Telephone answering skills and professionalism.
3. Various computer skills (Word/Excel/Microsoft Office (Outlook, etc.).
4. Solid work history or educational background with references.
5. Positive attitude toward work with a sense of pride in completing quality work.
6. Ability to pass drug and background screening.
7. This position will be a full-time position.
