Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist is being Recruited by Mancan for our customer in the Brunswick, Ohio area.
The Customer Service and Sales Support Rep is the first link to customers, potential customers, and vendors calling or visiting our facility. You will work in tandem with most department personnel but the primary role is sales support. You must have a positive attitude and must enjoy problem prevention and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities: • Guide the day to day customer calls and routing them to the correct employee. • Handle customer questions, problems, complaints with accurate information and reasonable solutions • Ability to communicate calmly with customers and clearly evaluate customer and YFI expectations of the sales process • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions • Suggest information about other products and services to existing customers • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determine the cause of the issue • Ability to select and explain the best solution to solve problem; • Expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution • Open customer accounts with complete and accurate contact and account information • Take first customer orders; process or delegate for processing • Explain order process, flow to and lead time guidelines to customer • Answer customer questions regarding • Existing pricing and any deviance from the original order including volume, packaging, delivery • Ability to judge when to get the next and right level of management involved with a customer question, problem, complaint • Ability to recognize change in customer order patterns (quantity and order frequency) and verify with customer • All duties as assigned Personal skill requirements: • Patient • Attentive and courteous • Clear communication skills • Knowledge of the YFI product and services • Must use positive language

s • Bachelor’s degree in Communication or like field, or successful, relevant 5 Years Customer Service and Sales Support Experience required. Hourly rate starts at $22/hour. • *Hiring is not complete until successful completion of background and drug screening and business references review
