Customer Service Representative, Customer Care, Industrial Customer Service
Primary Responsibilities: ·
Process customer orders, changes, returns, issues, etc. into ERP system according to department procedures.
Respond to open order requests, issues, and other inquiries brought upon from customers with timely and accurate information, and in a professional manner.
Communicate any customer needs or matters cross-functionally, e.g. finance department on payment terms, engineering department, purchasing, etc. ·
Schedule customer shipments timely and accurately, and process documents so shipments are sent out accurately and on-time. ·
Manage customer forecasts and special requests properly.
Partners with sales team and other departments to exceed customer’s expectations. ·
Other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements · 3-5 years Customer Service experience in an industrial environment ·
Sufficient problem-solving and task/time management skills
Communicates in a professional and customer-driven manner Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office and telephone communication
Pay range would be $18-24/hour ($24/hour would be considerate for someone with 5+ years with a manufacturing background)
Hours are M-F 8a-4:30p
