Customer Service Administrative Assistant, Customer Support Assistant is being recruited for a Brunswick, Ohio Co. by Mancan Staffing. This is a Temp-hire position with benefits
$12/hr. once hired perm rate increases to $12.50/hr. shift is Mon.-Fri 9:30am-6pm
Job Duties Include:
* Answer inbound customer service client calls; supplying the requested information same business day, or as soon as it is available.
* Read and respond to customer service client emails in the order of which they were received, and within 2 hours of receipt.
* Read and respond to internal emails in the order of which they were received, and within 2 hours of receipt.
* Data entry of orders, profiles and other information into the appropriate systems; same business day or no later than next.
* Give technical support to inbound callers on the various client sites.
* Manage reports, pivot tables, scrap orders, user access set-ups/updates, product profile set-ups/updates and any other administrative task as assigned.
* Assist with special projects as they are received into the department.
* Time track all client requests and daily tasks for accurate billing.
* Keep all tasks (personal, shared, in process) organized daily to ensure work is completed within the stated SLA.
* Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the client, their site, products, procedures, and business rules.
* Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of all internal procedures.
* Assist with documentation of daily processes
Candidates selected will be tested in MS Excel, Outlook, Spelling and Grammar.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
