Requirements: Background in Staffing preferred but will consider someone with large ticket sales track record
A growing Staffing Agency in Greensboro is seeking to build our team with the addition of a Recruiter/Staffing Specialist that can also do some Operations and Administrative functions as well. Must be a proficient multi-tasker and prioritize within an environment where priorities/needs are consistently changing. This position entails wearing several hats at times. While the primary focus is on Recruiting, there are also Administrative and Operational functions of the job requirement. This individual is resourceful and an excellent note-taker with the ability to thrive in an environment where the initial training program is not "formal" but many resources would be available to assist during the learning stage and ideally the right candidate has the ability to utilize those resources available to them rather than needing to be "hand-held" every step of the way and take charge and responsibility to a strong degree for his/her own training and learning curve with an abundance of support and resources available at your fingertips. This person has a sense of urgency most importantly and is bottom-lined/results oriented and very goal oriented with a strong competitive spirit. A background working within a start-up or infrastructure type of environment is strongly desired. Our office hours are generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon-Fri but there will be times that you may need to be available outside of those hours by phone contact to accommodate employee's calling out of work or client's having last minute needs for the next day, etc. We have a comprehensive benefits package with generous paid holidays, vacation pay, and paid PTO days. The right candidate for this position has strong computer proficiency and a strong knowledge of utilizing social media to it's fullest potential to assist in reaching our goals. The ideal candidate will have some proven background of success within the staffing industry or at least some exposure within a staffing environment.
