General Labors needed for a Middlefield rubber factory. This is a 3rd shift position from 9pm-7am. long term position and all positions will be temp to hire. Pay starts at $12.73/hr. and goes up based on experience.
Job Description: extrusion helper
Will be working in the mill room, putting rubber into mills, and stacking sheets of rubber coming out of the machines and onto carts.
Physical Requirements: (as required) per day
Standing 1-8 hrs.
Walking 4 hrs.
Driving 0 hrs.
Lifting l-30 lbs. carried up to 50 ft.
Climbing 0-10 ft.
Hand Use: Right and left hand grasping, pushing, pulling
Indoors
50-110 deg F.
Minimal to moderate rubber fumes and gasses
Concrete floors
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Candidates with experience in the industrial field is a plus. May have the possibility to move to different department to assist with the final stages of completion. Being motivated and taking initiative will be an asset to your work. Pay is based on experience.
