Mancan Temporary Employment Agency is currently looking for a full time office assistant.
Qualities: Punctual, reliable, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment, strong computer skills, especially with Excel, QuickBooks and various types of software, professional demeanor and phone etiquette, ability to work independently and as a team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude are a must.
Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include answering and screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data, invoicing, collections; and customer relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
