Mancan Staffing Temporary Employment Agency is currently looking for a line cooks for a high end restaurant in Naples, FL.
Candidates must be professional, hospitable and committed to the highest level of member and guest services with a focus on member satisfaction. Maintaining a professional willingness to learn is essential.
Duties include:
Daily lineup and culinary topic of the day
Cook on a high end fast paced al a carte line
Maintaining a clean and sanitary station
Fabrication of all proteins including whole fish
Assist with a la carte and banquet production17
Qualifications:
Culinary diploma preferred, but not required.
Prior kitchen experience in a polished casual/fine dining restaurant preferred, but not required.
ServSave sanitation certification preferred, but not required
Prior experience as cook, chef, line cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, or other back of the house part time restaurant jobs highly desirable.
Valid State issued Driver’s License.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends and holidays).
Professional conduct and image must be adhered to at all times.
Basic Culinary study preferred but not required.
This is a full time position 40+ hours a week.
Working hours are 3pm-11pm or longer
Salary range is $16.00 - $17.00 an hour based on experience
