Mancan Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a leading plastic manufacturing company in Chardon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work.
Position Overview:
As a Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Remain active throughout the shift, including standing, bending, and occasional climbing
* Package products with accuracy and attention to detail
* Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers (training provided)
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to stay engaged in a fast-paced production environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Position Details:
* Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
* Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:20 AM
