Are you a quality-driven leader with experience in plastics manufacturing? A growing company in Minerva is looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality control efforts, improve processes, and ensure products meet the highest industry standards.

🔍 What You’ll Do
✔️ Lead and mentor the Quality Control team
✔️ Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures
✔️ Inspect products and production processes to ensure top quality
✔️ Analyze quality data and identify root causes of defects
✔️ Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
✔️ Work with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams to improve processes
✔️ Coordinate with suppliers and customers on quality expectations
✔️ Maintain inspection records, documentation, and quality reports
✔️ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
✔️ Train employees on quality procedures and best practices

🧠 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
✔️ Experience in quality management within plastics manufacturing
✔️ Strong understanding of plastic materials, production processes, and quality systems
✔️ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
✔️ Quality certifications (Six Sigma, ASQ, etc.) a plus
