We are seeking a General Laborer/ Assembler for our 1st shift position in Alliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, performing grinding tasks, and handling various other tasks as needed. Use of common hand tools, use & read a tape measure, regularly perform repetitive tasks, ability to stand for long periods. It is essential that the candidate has reliable transportation, as the role may require commuting to our facility. The successful candidate should be comfortable multitasking and have the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate machinery and equipment as directed.
2. Perform grinding tasks to maintain product quality and safety standards.
3. Assist in various tasks within the production facility.
4. Work in a collaborative manner with team members.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
1. Reliable transportation to and from work.
2. Ability to multitask effectively and work in different areas as required.
3. Proficiency in reading a tape measure accurately.
4. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required.
5. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
6. Punctuality and strong attendance record.
