As a Tool and Die Maker, you will play a crucial role in the production process by fabricating, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, and molds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool and die making, proficiency in operating machinery, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding career in manufacturing. This is a full time temp to perm day shift (Monday through Friday 6am-2:30pm) position paying $24 + per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
• Fabricate, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and molds according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate a variety of machinery, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment.
• Perform precision machining, grinding, and finishing operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tools and dies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tooling designs and improve manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
