* Operate production machinery (long-run jobs – minimal changeovers)
* Load raw materials and unload finished parts
* Follow clear verbal/written instructions & standard operating procedures
* Perform light sanding, identify/remove excess material (flash, gates, etc.)
* Sort scrap, lubricate tools or parts as needed
* Monitor machines & report issues
* Keep basic production records
