Mancan is hiring in Bolivar! Bolivar Manufacturing Company is actively seeking dedicated individuals for the afternoon shift production positions in a promising temp-to-hire capacity. Responsibilities encompass the following tasks, with potential for additional duties as needed.
In this role, you will be tasked with skillfully inserting, pressing, clipping, or securely joining parts together, all while adhering to the established hourly standard rate. Your precision and attention to detail will ensure that each product attains the high standards demanded by our customers and quality system.
Your proficiency will extend to operating a range of machinery, including mechanical presses, shuttle molding machines, Die cast equipment, extruders, and an array of hand tools. This diverse set of tools, combined with your expertise, will facilitate seamless fitting and fastening operations within the assembly area.
As a valued member of our team, you will be expected to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds, with the occasional requirement to handle items up to 25 pounds.
Compensation for this role is set at an attractive rate of $14.10 per hour, reflective of your skills and contributions to our dynamic manufacturing environment. Second shift available! 2pm-10pm
