**Temp-to-Hire Opportunity**
**Pay: Up to $29.00/hour, based on experience**
A well-established manufacturing company in Sebring is seeking an experienced **Manual/CNC Machinist** to join their team on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering excellent long-term benefits and career growth.
### Responsibilities:
* Operate manual and CNC lathes on medium to large-sized parts
* Load and unload materials using overhead cranes
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
* Measure and inspect finished products to ensure tolerances and quality standards are met
* Set up and adjust machines as needed
* Maintain a safe and organized work area
### Qualifications:
* Previous experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes
* Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints
* Knowledge of machining specifications and tolerances
* Experience using precision measuring instruments
* Ability to safely operate overhead cranes
* Must provide your own machinist tools
* Valid driver's license required
* Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
### Schedule:
* **1st Shift**
* Occasional overtime and Saturday work required as production demands
