Eastlake company looking for 1st shift Production Workers! EVERYTHING is trainable!!
1st 7 am to 5 pm, mon – thur, fri/sat till 3 pm
Pay rate $16hr staring
GENERAL JOB DETAIL
Produces manufactured parts by programming, setting up and operating a rotational molding machine, maintain quality and safety standards, keeping records, maintaining equipment and supplies
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• Programs by entering instructions, including zero reference points, setting tool registers, compensation, calculating requirements, including math basics
• Verifies settings by first-run parts and sample work pieces, adhering to company standards
• Maintains specifications by observing rotation, temperature, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting, adjusting and reprogramming controls, replacing worn molds, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Maintaining equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturers’ instructions, troubleshooting and calling for repairs
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical manuals
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION
High school or GED equivalent required
