**What You'll Do:**
✅ Repair and install machinery to keep our operations efficient
✅ Perform preventative maintenance to prevent downtime
✅ Support the Maintenance Manager with plant issues and special projects
✅ Utilize your skills with basic hand and power tools, measuring devices, and machine repair
✅ Troubleshoot and work with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, presses, and other industrial equipment
✅ Welding and fabrication skills are a welcome bonus!
**What We're Looking For:**
🔧 Previous maintenance experience with a strong mechanical aptitude
🔧 Knowledge of machining, construction, and industrial equipment
🔧 Ability to follow detailed instructions and prioritize tasks effectively
🔧 Understanding of preventative maintenance and safety protocols
