Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Uhrichsville, OH
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may vary based on organizational needs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental and vision, ensuring employees are informed and enrolled.
• Oversee time-off requests and manage employee vacation, sick leave, and other time off records.
• Manage production incentive programs, ensuring eligibility and timely distribution of rewards.
• Ensure accurate timecard entry and assist with payroll preparation by collecting, entering, and verifying data related to employee hours and attendance.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees as needed.
• Address employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, and payroll, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development programs.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in human resources, business administration is preferred.
• Previous experience in a human resources or administrative role, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of HR functions such as benefits administration, time-off management, payroll processing, and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs and working hours.
