1st shift $16 Sebring company is seeking a motivated Flexographic Press Helper to assist in the operation of flexographic printing presses. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in learning the printing industry while supporting press operators in producing high-quality labels and printed materials. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to develop hands-on experience in flexographic printing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Press Operator in setting up and operating flexographic printing presses.
• Load and unload materials such as paper, film, and ink.
• Monitor press operation to ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor press issues.
• Keep the press area clean and organized, including disposing of waste materials properly.
• Help with press maintenance, such as cleaning rollers and replacing worn parts.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• No experience required – on-the-job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn printing operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
• Previous experience in manufacturing or printing is a plus.
• Familiarity with flexographic printing processes and materials.
