Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Read work orders and pull parts for daily assembly tasks
🔹 Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
🔹 Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet company standards
🔹 Identify and report defective parts and materials
🔹 Assist in training junior assembly staff to improve skills and efficiency
🔹 Work with engineering teams to enhance products and processes
🔹 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
🔹 Perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
✔ 1+ year of assembly experience in a plant or shop environment
✔ Experience with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
✔ Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
