What You’ll Do 🏭
As a Maintenance Worker, you'll play a critical role in keeping our facility and equipment in top condition. Your responsibilities include:
🔹 Equipment & Facility Maintenance – Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and more.
🔹 Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving – Quickly identify and fix issues to minimize downtime.
🔹 Quality & Safety Compliance– Ensure all maintenance activities meet industry standards and safety regulations.
🔹Record-Keeping & Reporting – Maintain accurate logs of completed maintenance tasks and inspections.
What We’re Looking For 🔍
✔️ 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
✔️ Technical training or trade experience (mechanic, electrician, machinist, etc.).
✔️ Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
✔️ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
✔️ Plating and automation experience (a plus, but not required).
