Cuyahoga Falls is helping a thriving Kent company that makes rubber seals and they are looking to add a Silicone Repair Associate to the production team.
The Silicone repair associate is responsible to inspect seals thoroughly and apply silicone where needed.
Pay Starting rate: $14.50/hr. Increase of $.50 after 90 days with good
Hours: Standard 10-hour workdays, Monday through Thursday, 6am-4pm, with occasional Fridays and overtime opportunities.
Employees can start anytime within a two-hour window between 4:00am-6:00am.
Essential Functions:
• Use of brushes for silicone application
• Manipulate seals to ensure silicone is applied where needed
• Use of silicone to apply to seals. Personal Protective Equipment offered.
Physical Demands:
• Standing 8-10 hours per day
• Ability to move about the building as the job requires
• Ability to endure heat and some chemical odors
