Position: Quality / Inspection Associate
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for a Mid-Level Quality and Inspection position at our esteemed Rubber Molding Company.
Responsibilities:
Inspect Rubber Molded parts for molding defects and ensure top-notch quality.
Execute tasks such as Trimming, Deflashing, Cutting, and Marking of components.
Skillfully handle the Packaging of Components in preparation for shipping.
Engage in Roving Quality Auditing of the Molding Process.
Qualifications: The successful applicant should possess:
A wealth of experience in the quality field, with hands-on inspection of components.
A meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and a proven track record of efficiency.
Work within a segregated, climate-controlled Inspection area.
Direct reporting and collaboration with Management.
Opportunities for growth, including long-term prospects of managing ISO9001:2015, production scheduling, and inventory control. The ability to lift, pull, and push 50lbs throughout the shift.
Must have a valid driver's license, will be operating a forklift.

Rate: Competitive hourly rate of $20/hr, based on experience. The hours are 7:30am-4:00pm M-F.
