Mancan Staffing is helping a Hudson based rubber company who is seeking a 3rd shift Mill Operator to join the company!
$18.00/hr, more based on experience.
Must be able to train on 1st for a few weeks. (mon-fri 6:30a-4:30p) After training will move to 3rd Sunday- Thursday 10:30p-6:30a
Must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation per company request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute rubber mixing, compounding, and milling operations following established procedures and guidelines.
- Accurately weigh out materials and ingredients for production batches.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth production flow and product quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Preferred prior experience in rubber mixing, compounding, or related manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, during peak production periods.
- Willingness to complete training on the 1st shift as needed.
