**Job Title:** Flux Core Welder
**Salary:** $18 per hour while training, increase on 2nd shift $20-22
**Shift:** 2nd Shift w/ training on 1st, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Then move to 2:30pm-12:30am.
**Employment Type:** Temp to Hire
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform Flux Core welding operations according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for each job.
- Operate welding torches, wire feeders, and other necessary tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of welding equipment and materials.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Flux Core Welder or similar role.
- Proficiency in Flux Core welding techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Must have own welding gear.
- Resume, interview, and weld test required.
