Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a reputable construction company located in **Belle Vernon, PA**, is seeking a **Janitor** for a **direct hire** position. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing team with excellent long-term benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain locker rooms, offices, and common areas
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and trash removal
- Ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently
- Must be able to be on feet for the entire shift and perform physically demanding tasks
Schedule:
Typical hours: 6:35 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday
Hours are subject to change based on workload and job site needs
Requirements:
- **Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is required**
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be dependable and punctual
Benefits & Perks:
- **Pay increase to $14.80/hour in August 2025**
