Mancan Staffing is working in conjunction with a well-established **construction company located in Belle Vernon, PA**, to fill a **Laborer** position. This is a **direct hire** opportunity offering steady work, competitive pay, and excellent long-term benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties including **jackhammering, shoveling**, and other physically demanding tasks
- Work in industrial environments such as **steel mills and factories**
- Follow all safety procedures and site protocols
- Support skilled trades and other team members as needed
Schedule:
Typical hours: 6:35 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday
Hours are subject to change based on workload and job site needs
Requirements:
- Previous labor or construction experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working in heavy industrial settings
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical activity
- Must be reliable and able to work on your feet for extended periods

- **Pay increase to $16.15/hour in August 2025**
