Mancan Norwalk is seeking cleaning technicians for a family owned local business! Position is 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday however there are times when there is overtime on Saturday from 8am to 12noon. Position pays $15.50 an hour to start with a $.50 increase after 30 days and another at time of hire at 320 hours (roughly 2 months).
Carpet Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
Assessing the state of the floors and carpets that need to be cleaned.
Applying stain and pre-cleaning treatments to the carpets and floors.
Cleaning carpets and floors using machine and hand-washing techniques.
Drying carpets using drying machines.
Providing invoices and maintaining good customer relations.
Carpet Cleaning Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attendance required.
Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
