Job Title: General Labor for Party Rentals and Event Set Up
Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as General Labor for Party Rentals and Event Set Up and assist in the setup of party rentals and chairs for various events.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload party rental equipment, including chairs, tables, tents, and decorations, from designated storage areas onto event sites.
Set up and arrange rental items as per event plans and layouts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client preferences.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of tents, stages, and other event structures.
Organize and arrange furniture and decor items according to event themes and specifications.
Work closely with team members to complete setup tasks promptly and efficiently.
Ensure equipment is clean, well-maintained, and presentable before and during events.
Collaborate with event coordinators to address any last-minute adjustments or changes.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from event sites.
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Willingness to take directions from supervisors and follow instructions accurately.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
This position is temporary (2-3 weeks) Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or when job is done.
But if you are a hard worker, you will likely get called for more jobs throughout the season!
Hourly Pay - $14.00 per hour.
