Mancan Staffing is assisting a leading adhesive manufacturing company in Kent that is looking to hire a full-time Coater Operator for their 3rd shift team!
3rd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Training: Paid training on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) for approximately 8 weeks
Pay: $17/hour base pay + 10% shift differential
Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and monitor coating equipment/machines
• Ensure proper application of adhesive materials to substrates
• Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Previous machine or production experience preferred, printing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
