Client Recruiter (Part-Time)
Approx. 28 hours/week | Variable Schedule | Evenings & Weekends Required
We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Recruiter to represent our organization at local events, job fairs, and community gatherings.
This role involves engaging with the public to raise awareness of the services we offer and helping individuals sign up for future support and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend community events and job fairs to promote our services
Engage with potential clients and assist them in signing up for benefits
Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable representative of the organization
Build relationships with local agencies and service providers
Requirements:
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current car insurance
Clean criminal background.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for helping people and connecting them with resources
This is a part-time position with variable hours (approximately 28 hours per week).
