Mancan Staffing is looking for a rockstar Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Niles! 💥 If you’ve got forklift skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a go-getter attitude, we want to talk to YOU!
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
🚜 Operate forklifts/towmotors to move and stack materials safely
📦 Load/unload trucks and inspect all incoming/outgoing shipments
🧾 Create and verify shipping documents with precision
🧹 Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
⚙️ Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance
📍 Deliver materials to production lines as needed
✅ What You Need:
💪 Strong attention to detail & safety-first mindset
🔧 Prior forklift/towmotor experience (must pass test)
🧠 Self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running
📋 Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand/drive for long periods
⏱ Willing to work 8–12 hour shifts and OT when needed
🎓 High school diploma or GED preferred
🚫 Must be able to pass a drug test
🔧 Prior forklift/towmotor experience required
