Mancan Staffing Temporary Employment Agency is currently looking for a Bookkeeper/purchasing agent for a local company here is Naples,
FL.
Pay rate will be up to $25 depending on experience.
Temp to permanent position or Direct Hire
The Bookkeeper/purchasing agent will be responsible for the;
1) Coordinate with Project Manager, Service Manager, and Operations manager to invoice completed jobs.
2) Receive all payments
3) Reconcile monthly statements
4) Maintain accurate inventory valuation.
5) Input and write checks for all payables
6) Track and collect on all receivables
7) Provide monthly reports including: Balance sheet, previous month profit and loss, year to date Profit and loss, Month over Month and Quarter over Quarter comparisons, Accounts Receivables, and annual projections.
8) Pay monthly Sales Tax to the State of Florida
9) Coordinate with the Accountant to keep accurate records and prepare for annual tax filings
10) Purchasing Agent
