Shipping Clerk

Mancan is working with a company in Baltic seeking a shipping clerk. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate based on attitude, attendance, and performance. Must be able to work a rotating shift, 7 am - 3:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize and comprehend all functions of the warehouse management system to manage inventory, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Pick and package parts properly to ensure accurate and safe delivery.
- Operate packaging and production equipment as required to process and ship orders efficiently.
- Utilize hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts to maneuver material throughout the department safely and effectively.
- Perform physical inventory counts and maintain perpetual inventory counts as needed to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
