Are you a hands-on worker with mechanical aptitude? Mancan Staffing is seeking a **Skilled Laborer** to join a growing facility in Lawrenceville. This is a **full-time, temp-to-perm** position offering variety in your day—ranging from general labor tasks to performing light maintenance on industrial equipment as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* 🔹 Cut and modify plastic containers based on job requirements
* 🔹 Load and unload steel drums
* 🔹 Remove dents, defects, and imperfections from containers
* 🔹 Perform general warehouse cleanup and organization
* 🔹 Maintain a clean and safe work environment
**Maintenance Duties (As Needed):**
* ⚙️ Assist with upkeep and troubleshooting of our wash line
* ⚙️ Work on pumps, air compressors, power washers, plastics shredder, and hydraulic components
* ⚙️ Support preventative maintenance tasks and report issues promptly
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* 🔧 Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in light maintenance
* 💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
* Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork
