About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role involves preparing and cooking food at a designated station in our restaurant kitchen. All line cooks will be cross-trained across all stations to ensure maximum efficiency and team flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and take direction as needed
Adapt to different stations and assist where needed

Ability to take direction and remain flexible
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
