About the Role:
We are a full-service, family-owned local restaurant seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our team. This is a tipped position with a base wage of $5.50/hour, offering the opportunity to earn significantly more through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
A people-person who enjoys interacting and socializing with guests
A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Someone who is professional, reliable, and eager to learn
Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
