We are seeking a dependable Janitorial/Building Maintenance Worker for an apartment complex in Pittsburgh. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity offering **$19.00/hour** and is a **temp-to-perm opportunity**.
Job Duties Include:
* Light building maintenance (changing batteries in smoke detectors, unclogging toilets, changing light bulbs)
* Sweeping, mopping, and general floor care
* Taking out trash and keeping all common areas clean and orderly
* Responding to routine maintenance requests as needed
Requirements:
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
* Prior janitorial or building maintenance experience is required
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
