Utility Person

Mancan is working with a company in Berlin seeking a utility worker for 3rd shift. Must train on 2nd shift (4pm-midnight) for the first 4 weeks and will transfer to 3rd shift (midnight-8am). Pay is $17 per hour. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up machines for production.
- Clean, wash, and dry parts.
- Perform visual inspections of parts for quality assurance. Complete production logs and other paperwork.
- Handle basic janitorial duties, including sweeping floors and emptying trash.
- Operate rubber molding presses as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills.
