Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Warehouse Tire Retread
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Range: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician / Warehouse Tire Retread. This is a dual-role position that requires equal time split between general facility/equipment maintenance and hands-on work in our tire retreading warehouse. Forklift exp needed. Valid Drivers License with no more than 2 points
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Technician Duties (50%):
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
• Assist in installation or relocation of equipment as needed.
Warehouse Tire Retreader Duties (50%):
• Assist with retreading operations including inspection, buffing, repairing, and curing of tires.
• Operate a variety of forklifts.
• Load and unload tires and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of general maintenance and/or warehouse experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use tools and machinery.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Willingness to learn tire retreading maintenance process (training provided).

Preferred Experience/Skills:
• 1 year of full-time work (unless recent high school grad) 👨🎓👩🎓
