Junior Recruiting/Staffing Specialist WANTED!!!
Location: Northfield, OH
Pay: $17/hour to start (raises once hired!)
Schedule: Tues–Thurs 8am–5pm until full-time, then Mon–Fri full-time hours
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Are you a people-person with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow your career? Mancan Staffing in Northfield is hiring a Junior Recruiting/Staffing Specialist — no experience in recruiting required! We’ll train you on the job.

Position Highlights:

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Running background checks and verifying references
• Assisting with new hire paperwork
• Managing job postings and organizing applicant files
• Answering phones and helping walk-in applicants
• Supporting our Staffing Manager
• Making a real difference in people’s careers
Who We’re Looking For:
• Valid driver’s license
• Office, customer service, or recruiting experience a plus
• Backgrounds in bartending, serving, sales, or retail upselling do well here — especially if you have strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone and in person)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
• Highly organized and motivated to learn and grow
