🔧 Electropolishing Department – Job Description
Join our team as an Electropolishing Operator where precision, quality, and care are key! 🌟 This hands-on production role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with machinery, tools, and ensuring every detail is just right.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
📄 Follow detailed routers and instructions to perform electropolishing processes
⚙️ Load and unload parts onto fixtures and operate machines per set parameters and cycle times
🔌 Adjust machine settings including volts, amps, temperature, and time based on job specs
🔍 Inspect parts using gauges, microscopes, and surface analyzers to ensure top-quality results
🧪 Maintain and monitor chemical solutions used in the polishing process
⏱️ Keep an eye on control panels, gauges, and timers to ensure smooth, safe operations
🧼 Perform regular equipment maintenance: clean tanks, refill solutions, clean contacts and cathode bars
✅ What We're Looking For:
🧠 Ability to follow detailed work instructions
🧤 Comfortable working in a production/chemical-handling environment
👁️ Great attention to detail and a focus on quality
🧰 Experience in metal finishing or manufacturing is a plus!

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED
• ➕ Basic math and reading skills
• 📖 Ability to follow written instructions in English
• 👀 Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
