Now Hiring: Production Planner 📍 Location: New Eagle & Donora Facilities 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 💰 Pay: $45,000–$70,000/year (based on experience) Mancan Staffing is hiring a Production Planner to join a dynamic team supporting both the New Eagle and Donora facilities. This role ensures efficient scheduling and production flow to meet critical deadlines and customer requirements. Job Summary The Production Planner manages the scheduling and timeliness of production processes across both facilities. This includes aligning production with material and equipment availability and making timely adjustments based on real-time reporting. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to develop and maintain a 2-week rolling production schedule. Communicate daily with plant managers on 48-hour production plans and availability of raw materials and equipment. Plan labor requirements and share contingency plans. Prepare required paperwork, labels, and material transfer orders. Ensure customer stocking requirements are met. Develop performance reports to highlight production efficiency and schedule adherence. Requirements Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field (preferred). CPIM certification or similar accreditation (preferred). Proven experience as a Production Planner. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and time-management abilities. Work Conditions Primarily office-based with regular on-site visits to New Eagle and Donora operations. Occasional overtime and on-call availability required.
