As part of the manufacturing and Production team, the CNC Programmer position is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Resumes are required.
This is a dayshift position working Monday-Thurday from 5am to 3pm. Pay is $55.00 to $65.00 based on skillset.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Program and setup CNC Mills (Mastercam)
• High speed machining and tool path optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Schedule employees, equipment and materials
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
• Reads and interprets blueprints
• Design and build production fixtures
• Provide estimates on new opportunities
• Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
• Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling
• Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery
• Track and report metrics and key performance indicators
• Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures
• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
MISCELLANEOUS
• Any other job-related duty as deemed appropriate by management.

Programming (Mastercam) and machining complex and high tolerance components
Years of Relevant (Transferable) Experience 2+ years and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
