💰 Pay: Starting at $18/hour and up, based on experience
🕕 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
📈 Overtime: Until 4:30pm and occasional Saturdays when needed
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Roll up your sleeves and jump into a fast-paced, rewarding environment where you'll:
Assemble and test equipment following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Install components like tubing, valves, gauges, regulators, pumps, and more
Use a variety of hand tools and machines – from grinders to hydraulic torque wrenches
Work with overhead cranes and heavy equipment to position parts
Perform basic welding and hydro testing (if needed)
Ensure quality control and safety compliance every step of the way
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
Collaborate with your team and contribute to ongoing improvement projects
🛠 What You Bring:
2+ years of mechanical assembly experience (oil & gas a plus!)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Comfortable using hand/power tools, cranes, and measuring devices
Experience with pressure testing (a bonus!)
High school diploma or GED preferred
💪 Physical Requirements:
This is an active role! You should be able to:
Stand, bend, lift (up to 60 lbs), and reach overhead
Use ladders, platforms, and lifts to work at various heights
Push/pull up to 100 lbs with safety practices
Work in a climate-variable environment (hot/cold/humid)
