Starting Pay: $13.50/hr | Full-Time | 1st Shift
Mancan Staffing is hiring General Laborers for a physically demanding position in Paden City, WV. This is a hands-on role in a hot and fast-paced environment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work hard every day.
Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• 9-hour shifts (Start time: 3:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
• Some weekend work may be required
Job Duties Include:
• Shoveling materials and cleaning work areas
• Carrying and handling ladles
• Mixing glass materials by hand
• Performing all duties with a focus on safety and quality
• Following hands-on training — no classroom instruction
Work Environment:
• Hot, industrial setting
• Requires heavy lifting and continuous physical activity
Requirements:
• Must be able to work early morning hours
• Comfortable with manual labor and physically demanding tasks
• Willing to learn through hands-on training
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
