### 🔧 **What You’ll Do:**
* Perform **installations, maintenance, and repairs** on industrial electrical systems, machines, and components.
* Troubleshoot equipment like **blenders, extruders, compounds, and extenders** used in plastic manufacturing.
* Carry out **preventive maintenance** to reduce downtime and improve production reliability.
* Use schematics, manuals, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to get the job done right.
* **Program and troubleshoot PLCs** and automated systems.
* Calibrate sensors and controls to ensure precise and consistent production quality.
* Maintain documentation of repairs, parts, and performance metrics.
* Ensure all work follows **electrical codes and safety standards**.

### ⚙️ **What We’re Looking For:**
* Experience in **industrial or plastic manufacturing environments** preferred.
* Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with **PLCs, relays, sensors**, etc.
* Ability to read and interpret **electrical schematics and diagrams**.
* Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to work **2nd or 3rd shift** in a fast-paced production environment.
