### 🔧 What You’ll Do:
* Serve as the **primary inside contact** for assigned customer accounts
* Process customer **orders, projects, sales orders, and production jobs** accurately
* Communicate daily with **management, customers, sales, and production teams**
* Maintain a **professional, positive, and customer-focused** attitude at all times
* Handle **billing, filing, clerical duties, and quality/safety documentation**
* Monitor and respond to **emails**, answer **phone calls**, and communicate across multiple channels
* Maintain records using **Google Sheets and Docs**
* Assist with **special projects and additional tasks** as assigned by management

### ✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Prior **customer service experience** in a **manufacturing environment**
* Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite**
* **Excellent attention to detail** and strong organizational skills
* Clear **written and verbal communication** abilities
* **Printing or packaging industry experience** is a plus (but not required)

### 🕒 Position Details:
* **Full-Time | 40 hours per week**
* **Monday – Friday schedule**
