Mechanical Assembler

Local Medina company Seeking candidates with strong mechanical ability to disassemble and reassemble components following blueprints and written instructions. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, depending on experience and skill level. Attention to detail and ability to follow technical guidelines are essential.
Standard 1st shift is 6:00AM-2:30PM for an (8) hour day, M-F
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of parts and equipment
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Inspect components for quality and accuracy before and after assembly
Use a variety of tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Work independently or as part of a team depending on the task and complexity
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Previous mechanical assembly experience or strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
Comfortable working with hand/power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to stand, lift, and move components throughout the shift
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Must be able to pass a Drug Test
